The Sprint Shorts are made to offer terrific mobility, flexibility and superb ventilation. Durable fabrics are used throughout, but in particular, more durable fabrics are used across the quads and back of the shorts, ensuring excellent abrasion resistance in the event of a crash – always possible when you’re riding hard. 

Not just tough, the Sprints are flexible too. The 4-ways stretch fabric lets you move quickly and easily as the trail changes rapidly below your wheels. A re-designed knee zone is slimmer than previous iterations, preventing excessive flapping. But they’re still compatible with pads and improved articulation makes pedalling easier than ever. When it comes to keeping you cool and sweat-free, the mesh panelling comes to the fore. Air can circulate easily while sweat has an easy escape route too. 

Shorts that constantly slip as you ride are a pain. But not the Sprint shorts – the external adjusters, sitting unobtrusively along the sides, let you easily lock them securely in place. For essentials, keys and cash you’ve got a zipped pocket to keep everything safe but close to hand.

TLD Race Fit

The Race Fit is slightly more tailored than TLD’s Ride Fit but not so super-slim as the Precision Fit. It bridges the gap between the two. A mid-rise waist and slimmer modern cut on the legs balance easy manoeuvrability, flexibility for pedalling and wind-cheating performance.
