Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of any odors, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Tights (due to close-body contact)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

Note: This matches our product categories where tights are the only intimate apparel listed separately from other cycling wear.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 24 hours on weekdays with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (Boston, US 02210)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely and include:

  • Original packing slip or order confirmation
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
